ASSA® locker system is utilized in the building; keys to such locks cannot be produced without special equipment. Accessing apartments through the modern wooden windows is more difficult than through the plastic or vintage ones. All ground floor windows are equipped with special RotoLine Secustik® safe handles. Every apartment is equipped with cables for an additional alarm system installation.
